All of my products are made using natural ingredients and materials and may vary slightly in colour, aroma and texture from batch to batch.
I trust Royal Mail or DPD to deliver your order quickly and safely. Occasionally orders can become damaged in transit. If this happens, please email me with photographs of the damage so that I can send you a replacement as quickly as possible.
On the rare occasion that you are not entirely satisfied, please email me at email@example.com within 48 hours of receiving your delivery and I will do everything I can to find a solution for you.
Due to hygiene reasons, all returned items must be unused, in its original condition and packaging. Unfortunately I cannot offer a refund or exchange on any used products.
As soon as I have received your returned item, your refund will be processed, this can take 7-14 working days.
Postage is non-refundable. The cost of returning products is your responsibility, so please ensure you obtain proof of postage as I do not take responsibility for any loss or damage to products whilst in transit.
